Advertise Your Event
There are currently 7 ad display screens within the Pratt School of Engineering:
- 4 in FCIEMAS (2 in the Schiciano pre-function area, 2 in Twinnie's Café)
- 2 in the Teer Building (1 near the second floor elevator, 1 in the third floor academic administration office)
- 1 in Hudson Hall (near the front entrance)
Ads posted on these machines are an effective way of reaching students and visitors—and they save paper!
Ad size: 1920px by 1080px
Departments, centers, and student groups within the engineering school are strongly encouraged to use the PowerPoint templates available on the Pratt intranet (NetID login required).
Groups outside the engineering school must submit their own artwork.
Event ads should be submitted at least one week in advance.
After submitting an ad request, please allow at least three business days for the advertisement to be posted to the screens. You will receive an email confirmation when the ad has been posted.
To avoid confusion and allow each department better ad exposure, we run only one seminar ad per department/center at a time. Exceptions may be made in the case of a high-profile event such as an annual symposium, or one department having two seminars on the same day. Please note that you may still submit multiple seminar ads ahead of time—this allows us to schedule them in the system in advance.
